As a board certified plastic surgeon and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Dr. Madronich has over 25 years of experience in plastic surgery. In addition to managing his private practice in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Dr. Madronich has been the Chief of the Division of plastic surgery at MacKenzie Health (formerly named York Central Hospital) since 1993.
Following his 9 years of medical and surgical training at the University of Western Ontario and the University of Toronto, Dr. Madronich completed fellowship training at:
- St. Josephs Hospital in London, Ontario, for pediatric as well as head and neck surgery.
- Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne, Australia, for pediatric as well as craniofacial plastic surgery.
- The Cosmetic Surgery Hospital in Woodbridge for cosmetic surgery.
- Scarborough General Hospital for cosmetic surgery.

Dr. J. Robert Madronich 
Dr. Robert Madronich is a Toronto Plastic Surgeon and a member of the Canadian Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He holds double board certification with both a Plastic Surgery Fellowship as well as a Head and Neck Plastic Surgery Fellowship.

He has vast experience with injectable fillers, and is often asked to train other surgeons in their use. At Madronich Plastic Surgery and Laser, only highly trained and registered nurses perform non-surgical procedures such as laser treatments.
